Project Scope: New 23,500 sq. ft., 3 story office building. Exterior is glass and brick with main entrance extending 3 stories high. The structure is concrete and steel with masonry exterior walls and a standing seam metal roof and integral drainage system. Interior features large main lobby that extends up 2 stories with concave mural ceiling and classic staircase extending to the second floor. The interior is divided into eight Class A office suites that were built out to each tenant’s specifications. Site includes paved parking lot and extensive landscaping.
