Project Description: New 32,000 sq. ft. retail building with warehouse and office complex.
Location: Surfside Beach, SC
Project Scope: New 32,000 sq. ft. retail store with internet sales/distribution center and office complex. Site work included all utilities, parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping. The building features an extensive fascade that resembles the main street of an old west town. The interior build out included retail space, fitting rooms, stockrooms and warehouse as well as a mezzanine office complex.
