This project is an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. new office / warehouse / retail / service building. The following is a description of the project:

° The building construction utilizes a pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof. The outside walls are a combination of light-gauge metal studs with EIFS and pre-finished wall panels. The building also has a large mezzanine. All of the floors are concrete. This type of construction provides good value to the owner for an office / warehouse / service building.

° This building contains a warehouse area, training room, private offices, toilet rooms and showers, vending / break-room, vehicle service shop, and storage area. There are diverse functions performed by the buildings occupants including procurement, parts distribution, service of construction vehicles, management, administration, accounting, and sales.

° This building has extensive data, telephone, security, alarm, and sound systems to support the activities of the owner. The project also included a large fenced vehicle storage area and fueling station.

Responsible for all design work including civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping. SCC was responsible for obtaining approvals from local authorities for design appearance, and code compliance. General contractor responsible for all construction activities, inspections, testing, safety, quality control, obtaining and reviewing submittals for approval and collection, review and submittal of all closeout documents to owner. SCC self-performed the carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical work on this project. The design of the facilities had to incorporate the requirements of the owner in regard to vehicle maintenance, repair, fueling and storage, while meeting the local zoning
