Project: New Burlington Coat Factory Retail Store
Project Description: Subdivide existing vacant department store and build out new Burlington Coat Factory store.
Location: Northwoods Mall, North Charleston, SC
Description of Work: Demolish the interior of a 120,000 sq. ft. department store, subdivide space and build out new 50,000 sq. ft. Burlington Coat Factory store. Work included new fire sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Security, Data/Communications and Energy Management systems as well as new Main Entrance, Mall Entrance, Office Complex, Rest Rooms, Stockrooms, Fitting Rooms, and Sales Floor build out. Exterior work included demolishing two wings of the existing building, extensive repairs to the brick façade and new parking and sidewalks.
